I have only lost 22lbs so far, but I have taken this as a lifestyle change, so still allowing myself treats every now and again.. but now I can actually see a bit of a difference I am going to step up the game for sure!!!

Its true photos REALLY do help! its the only way I can see how things are going for me anyway..

Jan.. roughly 225lbs

I think you look great, CJ! Your face shows quite a difference already at 22 pounds lost. It seems like my face is the last place to show it! lol

DEFINITE difference! You've done a great job. And I agree, it has to be a lifestyle change, not just a diet. This philosophy is that ONLY thing that has ever worked for me. Thank you for sharing. It's inspirational!

"Only" 22 pound loss? I think it is a spectacular achievement! It's a net calories burn of 77,000 calories! Wow!

    Or over 1 1/2 stones!!!!

Definitely don't put yourself down! I am losing "slower" as well - about 6 pounds a month - and it can be tough when it stops/starts and the weight doesn't come off as quickly as we would like but the fact is we are making changes. I haven't sat down with a pint of ice cream and polished it off in at least 6 months! Big win for me. You look great. Keep up the awesome work.

Great job! Don't beat yourself up. Slow is a good thing. Slowly losing weight has a greater chance of keeping it off. Wtg!

Your Topics caught my eye cause I too have been at this since Jan and only lost about 20 pounds. It's very true that it's a lifestyle change so have patience and keep on keeping on..cause the alternative suck! :) esp after we have already lost this much! Could you imagine being 20 pounds heavier again?
