Club soda is my friend!

I've been trying to watch my sugar, but every so often, I want something sweet to drink. I try not to eat or drink anything with artificial sweeteners, so I have to be creative. I've discovered that mixing fruit juice or soda (Dr. Pepper's my favorite) with club soda not only cuts the drink's sugar by half, it's light and refreshing.
4 oz. of club soda has no calories, fat, or sugar, and only 25mg of sodium. Plus, it has a little potassium and calcium.

I do that quite often with juice. It was the only way I could slowly let go of soda.0

I use seltzer water since it doesn't have the sodium - it tastes the same to me. (When I saw my sodium intake a few weeks back, I almost fainted at how high it was!)0

Hell yeah! I am drinking lemon juice and club soda right now! It is filling because of the bubbles and so good so it helps to stop the snacking.
Try a little lemon juice, there are like zero calories for the whole drink but you feel full after. Amazing.0
