    Sometimes it's just like that. I've even had people refuse to give me their bank routing and account number then turn around and write me a check. :laugh:

    I too am an assistant to a FA....this was HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I can sooooo relate to the "fees" when someone decides to w/draw from their IRA under age 59.5.........I don't care how many times or ways we try to explain that it is an IRS penalty to try to prevent people from early withdrawal, I think three quarters of them still walk out the door and go tell their friends, "Can you believe they charged me to take my own money out??" It kills me!!!!

    I've seen this before and it is hilarious. I've had conversations like this with a few existing & potential clients . . . makes me want to just bang my head against the damn wall.
