Should I start with power 90?

I'm 5'6 and 170 lbs. I had my son nearly 2 years ago, and since then, I haven't consistently been active. Before getting pregnant, I used to visit the gym about 3 times a week for at least an hour. Right now, I can make it through most of 30 Day Shred and I can keep up a moderate pace (with a little bit of jogging mixed in) on the treadmill. I currently have P90X and my coach has told me that I should start with P90X and just do my best. I'm afraid of it being too hard and possibly injuring myself, so I'm considering power 90. Should I do P90X and just do what I can, or start with Power 90?

    I did P90X and the workouts are great (actually thinking of starting another round). Start with light weights and lower reps if needed, push yourself, but listen to your body...it will tell you when you need to back off.
