Years of C-section tummy

My daughter is now 14 years old.
I am more or less at goal weight and have been for over 2 1/2 years.
I want to drop a few more lbs now to reach ultimate goal weight.
I work out a lot and love the gym but...... I still have a C-section tummy.
I do lots of stomach exercises all different but can't shift it.
Are there exercises out there that will shift this or do I have to face the fac that I will have to live with it or have surgery?
It's not really bad by the way. I can get away with a bikini but not a low one!
Any advice greatly appreciated.
