scale info question

I have an issue with getting on the scale regularily, while I know I am losing inches its hard to break the habit of checking things out. One thing I have noticed is I fluctuate thru the day which I know is normal. When its a weigh day to mark down would you average out the biggest and lightest weight of the day, always take the morning weight or the evening weight. I find I can be up to 7lbs lighter in the evening. My scale is in the kitchen with the vinyl floor so its easily accessible when I walk by it. I don't get upset about the fluctuations just trying to mark down loss appropriately.

Pick one time to weigh yourself and stick with it. If you are going to do Wed AM then always do it then for logging purposes. If you choose Sunday PM then do it then. It doesn't really matter just as long as you are consistantly using the same time of day.0
