I use Accupedo...its free and it seems to work well. I also wear my phone on my hip so I think that helps with accuracy.0

I use map my walk. I know the Iphone and something else have it. Search and see if you can download it. It tells you the cals your burned and shows you an actually google map of where you walked.0

I use endomondo... It seems pretty accurate as a pedometer for me0

I would recommend Cardio Trainer as a good app to track walking or running. I used it for quite a while before I got my HRM. It tracks via GPS and counts your steps, and it calculates your distance using a combination of both. I think it uses the steps to fill in where the GPS signal isn't so great. It will give you a calorie count, mileage, pace, speed, and a little map to show where you've been. And it's free, of course!0
