i saw a post about this yesterday i believe. She was lifting heavy and her thighs got bigger. she said a trainer told her to lighten the load and do more reps. to concentrate on sculpting rather than building muscle.0

This made me think.
While we dont drink in our house she does have Soy Milk on a regular basis.
I wonder if the hormones found in soy could be agitating things.
And nope....i'm not a troll!
At least not today!
We shall see about later since I have to do squats today then eat an insane amount of chicken today.0 -

By the measuring tape, my legs are way smaller than they were.
When I go shopping and try on jeans or shorts - especially in the junior's department - I feel like a cross between She-Hulk and Sir Mix-A-Lot's dream girl. :ohwell:0 -
This was interesting- i didn't know the fat would move from my top half to my lower half when I was trying to lose weight. That explains why my legs got bigger when I did so much cardio! Thanks!
