Hi All,
I've recently joined MFP.
A couple of years ago, I've managed to diet and workout got get ripped of 28kg (around 61lb) of weight. After that, due to some medication I was under and bad food habits I've grown to 109kg (around 240lb) again. I took a while before starting as I wanted to make sure I would be really motivated to do it and take it without cheating.
Would be good, however, to have some friends around here to share experiences, habits and to serve as inspiration/motivation for this long path. Anyone is free to add me as a friend in MFP and join me in this "reborn" adventure :-)
