After reading several posts on here, plus being stuck at the same weight for several weeks, I have increased my daily goal (from 1500) to my BMR of 1599. Hope this will kick-start my metabolism again.

I have also NOT been eating my exercise cals - might try eating half of them!

Any comments or suggestions of this idea??
