14 weeks in, and only .5lbs away from my halfway point!

Here's the most recent progress picture;

Small NSV; at a family party the other day, I declared to myself that I was going to let myself loosen up a bit. I had a plate of food, was still a bit hungry. Got another. Took a few spoonfuls of it, and realised I did not want it. Not only did I not want it, I couldn't face the thought of eating more. I was FULL! This is amazing for me. I have never been able to stop eating, even when full. But this was different, and it gives me much hope that these are changes I've made for the long term.

    29" baybeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hips are 44", down from 47"
