Just a few of my NSV

So I am one of those member who rarely ever post but read everything everyone else post.

My NSV seem so small compared to what a lot of you all are doing but I just wanted to share with someone.

1. My lovely friend told me the other day that I needed to buy new pants because I looked like I was carrying around a pant load of crap the way my pants were sagging in the back. :) Love her!

2. I having been lifting weights from the start and when I would get on the pec fly machine I couldn't bring the weights all the way across my chest because well my fat prevented that from happening. Last week I was able to bring it all the way in with very little room but all the way in.

3. This is the one that made me want to post. I had a Dr appointment yesterday and normally when they walk in and want to take my BP they take one look and go get the bigger cuff. No not this time, the guy walked in put the cuff over my arm and took my BP. I can fit in a normal BP cuff!!!!!!!!

They are small and silly NSV but they make me smile. I have lost 41 pounds but I can't tell the difference when I look in the mirror. So when the little things happen they make me want to work harder.

NO NSV that is important to you is too small. How do you walk a thousand miles? One step at a time.

do you have any pictures that were taken at the very beginning, then one taken currently? Pictures can show you a difference when the scale does not show as much. A friend took a candid picture of me in Mid-April, then I took a picture of myself in Mid-May. I have almost 70 pounds to lose, but I cannot believe the difference 10lbs has made. Look at the pics in my profile--all have been taken in the last 10 weeks or so!

Those are awesome NSVs! I loved that your friend told you that it looked like you were carrying a load! See, even if you don't see the difference, other people do and your pants are proving it! Keep it up!
