    I'm having trouble staying committed to my eating and exercise plans. The eating plan is difficult because other family members have foods in the house that I shouldn't eat. The exercise is difficult due to the pain of arthritis and just plan old laziness. Any suggestions? I am a person that's committed to everything else that I do for others and I always put myself last. :ohwell:
