30 Day Shred

I just ordered the 30 Day Shred DVD's. I am really excited to get started. I did a few of the videos when I was in college but I never did the actual plan. I have a few questions. How do you log the workouts in your exercise log? I have been having problems with this with some of the other workout videos I own. Also, I heard the videos are only 20 minutes, should I be doing extra cardio etc. maybe later in the day so I can get a longer workout in?

What has worked for you?

    I put it under circuit training (that's what everyone told me to put it under.) I run a mile every day I do the 30 Day Shred since it is just 20minutes.

    Some days I will walk or run on the treadmill for 10 minutes or so.

    It depends on the day. But, Since I have started I have seen an improvement in my body and am losing more weight than I was before starting the 30DS.
