    Didn't you know walking is a big stress relief? I have to admit though, the theme song to Spongebob is a great idea too. And Yes, I feel like I've seen every episode too. AND I own the movie as well.

    Did you know that is the song I had to sing to my daughter when she was young whenever we went to the docotor or in the hospital for surgeries? It was the only thing that seemed to calm her enough fo the doctors to be able to touch her. I wonder how many times I have sung that song during those years?
