Did you read about that dentist in Iowa who sacked his nurse on the advice of his vicar because he fancied her so lustfully that he feared she would threaten his marriage?

A response I just wrote on the ABC Game made me think of this - Did you know that Christian Aid have or had a website called Surefish - and I have been barred three times, once for (allegedly) 'being racist' through referring to Americans as being in "The Colonies" and quoting from "Uncle Tom's Cabin"?

How can I be racist, I'm Welsh?

Is it racist to say, "Like Topsy it growed" when someone asked how come something I wrote got longer than usual?

Hugh, can I tell you that doesn't sound racist to me and some people need to pull the corncob out of their bottoms?

Lisa, I'm in KY...I know exactly what you are talking about. Confederate flags are common here decor, and we are often referred to as redneck too

Can I tell you that Colonel Sanders was born in IN; however, his first chicken store was started in Corbin KY? I have actually visited that location.

May I also inform you that Davy Crockett was from East TN?
