Hi everyone,

I didnt know whether to put this in this forum or the fitness or exercise so please bear with me :laugh:

After a long hiatus I will be getting back into the saddle next Monday and as you can see by my ticker I have a wedding in 9 months time and I badly need to get motivated and stick to my plans.

I have been thinking of buying a Jillian Michaels dvd or book (maybe could get both) but after having a quick look on Amazon, there are loads to choose from :noway:

So I am here to ask for your opinions on 1) which is the best book and 2) which is the best dvd.

I already have a good range of the TurboJam dvd's and I wouldnt mind something differernt but that would still kick my *kitten* :laugh:

So what would your recommendations be for the book and dvd?

    Hey Dara! I just finished her books Master Your Metabolism and Making the Cut. I think Master Your Metabolism goes more into your body's hormones and how it affects your weight. It's a really good read and makes you think about what you are putting in your body. Making the Cut is really about just getting *cut*, trying to lose those last few pounds.
