Was on here before and found it very useful.

I had a problem with my mobile phone and the store wiped it clean of all apps. I never put the MFP app back on and I gained back all the weight I lost while using MFP. It's amazing how something on a mobile phone can change your life. LOL

I finally put the app back on and I'm ready to go!
