How can i learn to love squats & lunges?

    Oh, squats are my favorite...for they are awesome for so much. With heavy squats, I no longer have to do any crunches to have the best abs I've ever had! Love what they do for my rear even more. Focus on what they do for you!

    This! Heavy squats do more for my abs than any regular ab work. I love doing squats. Lunges I could live without, which is why its good my PT makes me do them. :)

    I hate them and always feel like i'm doing them wrong.. My body just doesn't do either comfortably! a PT has helped me get the technic right but i still hate them..

    How can i learn to love them?

    Keep working on your Squat form. On YouTube, "So You Think You Can Squat" is an excellent instructional video. Lunges... I don't know that anybody loves deep walking lunges. Don't love the exercise, love the results that come from the exercise.

    i think the best answer is to fake it til you make it.

    things always get easier when you're used to doing them. just keep at it!
    This. Also, do them in front of a mirror and watch your legs/behind! I love being able to see my muscles working.

    Be careful with that, watching your *kitten* while you're doing squats can be unsafe. At the very least, it's probably taking your body a little out of position with your form.
