looking for low fat protein ideas

My trainer just changed my diet to 1500 calories...each meal or snack I eat the protein needs to be higher than my carbs..and I have goals for the carbs and protein I have to meet every day. I have been doing so having protein and water shakes....which is only 100 calories for 20 g of protein but I do not want to have one every meal....beside meat....does anyone have low calorie, low fat, higher protein ideas? Not a fan of yogurt...I keep trying it but I can't eat it without getting sick....

    Tofu. Learn how to cook it right and it's a great source of lean protein. There's lots of resources online for that.

    I know you said "besides meat", but in our house chicken and fish dominate. For snacks we have hard boiled eggs, low fat cheese, turkey pepperoni or a good old fasioned protein bar (I'm totally addicted to the Special K ones, which is unfortunate because we can't get them in Canada). Cottage cheese is a big winner in our house, too (not sure on the fat content on that, though), as well as those tuna/salmon snacks with the crackers.
