Just wanted to share something with you all :)

I've been doing Zumba on XBox Kinect for just under 3 weeks now (every day for about 50 mins with a rest day on sunday)
and i've already lost 10lbs!

So for anyone out there who hates mindlessly running on the treadmill or doing boring squats and press ups then i recommend it!! Its sooo much fun and it really gets you motivated i think, because its like having a dance on the dance floor at a party, you know, like doing the macerena, or 5,6,7,8 OR saturday night :) because the dances have repeated routines so they're easy to pick up! or go to a class and its like being at a party!! :)

But i would recommend anyone to try it!! the kinect also tells you how many calories you burn because it can detect how much effort you put it etc :) today i did 60 mins and burned over 1300 calories!
