Sorry for the dumb questions - I've seen a couple of people say that when they don't have a lot of weight to lose if they eat too few calories their weightless stalls.
I just wondered how it worked - I'm losing fine at the moment but I was just curious - if your eating less calories and burning them how can you stay at the same weight?
