hello my name is Andrea and I have a question.
Is there a way to reset the sodium allowance in this program? I am allowed no more than 2000 mgs of sodium a day and the base format here has 2500.

If you go under goals, and click change goals and then do custom settings, you can manually enter the amount of sodium.
