hello my name is Andrea and I have a question.
Is there a way to reset the sodium allowance in this program? I am allowed no more than 2000 mgs of sodium a day and the base format here has 2500.

    Options
    If you go under goals, and click change goals and then do custom settings, you can manually enter the amount of sodium. :)
