Anyone doing kettlebell workouts at home..results??

I am looking to get a total body workout with weights and I am very interested in them. Can anyone give me any feedback on them? Thank you.

    I have been using kettleworx 3 times a week for 5 or so months. I like it because it's a little core, cardio, and strength wrapped into 25 minutes. I just progressed to 15lb kettlebell, and now it's very challenging again. I have lost at least two inches in my thighs since I started.

    How many calories are you burning? I need to burn at least 300.

    I burn about 135-150 per short 25 min workout. I'm sure there are longer workouts, though.
