    I checked out this website and entered all of my information...

    I have been having trouble losing weight even though I am falling in my calorie range (most days) I have almost no self discipline, anyway, the website you mentioned suggested I eat 1633 calories a day to lose 2 pounds a MONTH. That is the same number that MFP suggests I eat to lose 1.5 pounds a week... I wonder if that is why I am not losing any weight.
