How do I categorize this?

Ok, so I just signed up and I'm not sure exactly how to put this into the exercise tracker...

This is what I did:

10 squats
15 lunges
5 burpees
20 jumping jacks
10 box squats
10 scorpions
10 tuck jumps
10 squats
10 rocking box squats

    Calisthenics. The amount of time you did it and the effort you put in. Take a good look at the number it gives you and judge on if you feel it is fair or not. I find somethings on here don't seem right (I often put in half my time for softball because I think it over exaggerates it). If you are not eating your exercise calories then it isn't too big of a deal anyways.

    Calisthenics is a good catch-all for mixed workouts like that.

    I didn't have much time (the baby is finally sleeping) so I figured I would sneak this in!

    Still incredibly sore from kickboxing so this was perfect right now.
