I must have gone up and down twenty pounds at least a dozen times in my life. In the past I have had an all or nothing attitude. When I was "good" I would eat nothing but salads and be very strict with my eating habits but that would last only so long and I would be "bad". When I was in the "bad" mode I would eat everything and anything I wanted. I just turned 40 this year and have definitely started to find that it is getting much harder for me to lose the weight. I am trying to find a balance of healthy eating habits that I can stick to long term. Has anyone else been in my position and have any tips? Thanks!!
