Mainting Weight Loss.

So for the past 3 months iv been on a diet and went from 141 pounds to 119, and im still aiming to lose at least 9 more pounds. I only eat around 1000 calories a day, sometimes more, but never more than 1200 at the maximum. I also never eat more than 20 fat grams. I don't want anyone telling me how unhealthy that is, because I feel perfectly fine and I know all the risks and a lot about health. Anyways, once I get to my goal weight, how would I maintain that weight? What would my recommended calorie and fat gram intake be?

Well, if you're still losing at 1000 calories, it isn't your maintenance. You'll have to figure that out through calculations and trial and error. That depends on your age, height, and general activity level.

Check out http://www.freedieting.com/tools/weight_loss_tools.htm for a calorie calculator/estimator. It won't be exactly 100%, but should get you a baseline for maintenance.

If you are losing at that much of a deficit, then once you hit your goal, slowly start increasing calories until you stop losing. Any of the online calculators will give you a much higher calorie goal to maintain. If you follow them, you will gain weight because you have been eating at such a large deficit. So add in calories slowly.

You don't, what youre doing is not sustainable.

So long as you're getting the right nutrients that your body needs and you feel fine, I think eating low calories is alright.Once you hit your goal weight, calculate your calories for maintenance and eat at that level ;3. Mine is about 1500 or so.
