I started Turbo Fire a few months back and then stopped. I am getting back into it and would love to hear from people who do it. How do you stay motivated for the longer workouts? How much weight have you lost? Before and after photos would be great too if you have them.

Love, love love Turbo Fire! I am currently on week 20 and honestly the music helps keep me motivated. Plus I wear a heart rate monitor and knowing the calories I burn definitely helps to push harder with the workouts. My weight loss is in my ticker and it is all because of Turbo Fire. I will be posting before and after pictures this weekend at the completion of my 20 weeks.
