What are YOUR non-food rewards?

I am the type of person who would turn to food when I had an especially difficult day, or a really good day, or I accomplished something, or the sky was blue...essentially, I rewarded myself with food because it was instant gratification, relatively cheap, and very pleasurable. It was perfect, except for the "obesity" thing. I don't want to replace my food addiction with something else, but I just had the crappiest day and I want to eat even though I am not physically hungry at all. What activities or things do you do to give yourself a little lift-me-up?

Every ten pounds I reward myself with something other than food.
So I will do a massage, a pedicure, a manicure, a new workout DVD, I just hit 40 lbs lost so I am buying myself a new pair of sneakers as I desperately need them.0 -
On a difficult day, I put some nice clothes on my amazon wishlist, I re-read a book that I have enjoyed before while taking a nice bath. Sometimes you just need to restart your mind on bad days and that is what works for me.
For rewarding myself for reaching certain goals; I buy myself something health related, get a nice mani/pedi or start a new exercise routine I have been interested in.0 -
Thanks for the tips. Bump!0

Once I hit a certain mileage (I'm training for a marathon) I bought myself a pair of badly needed new running sneakers. It was a 10 mile reward. Now I need a 15 mile one0
