Going over Fiber?

So I messed with my settings today and found that I went over on Fiber, already.
Which I sort of find hilarious. I didn't know there was such thing...
I'm just a bit confused, I guess.
Oh, and my goal was 14g...

The fiber is set pretty low. You should get up to 20 - 25 grams or so. Some people even go for 35+. I only track my fiber setting to try to get more - always try to go over on Fiber. One time I like seeing that minus sign :happy:0

normal daily fiber intake is 25g for adult. don't worry about going over fiber, it's what keeps you full and your digestive system going. worry if you go over carbs, sugar or sodium more though.0

Wait, there's a fiber counter? My diary doesn't have a fiber tracker. :grumble:
