Hi all
I'm Andy, in South-East UK
I need to lose weight for health and work issues
I started on the 26th of May and weighted 259 lbs
I now weigh 254 lbs so getting here slowly.

I have from then too, done three grm workouts a week for about two hours each and do two sessions of Krav Maga each week
Slightly disappointed re weight loss.
Not good to be unfit in my line of work!
