HIIT Results and Questions

Hi all! Has anyone had any luck incorporating HIIT routines into their fitness plan? Any results from it? I'm completely STUCK and just ran a half marathon, a 5k and a 10k over the last month and still can't rid myself of unsightly lumps and bumps or the last 15lbs! I need something to burn fat fast! Please, any input would be great!

Pretty standard, cardio is basically impossible to lose that last bit of fat with, unless you're just about starving yourself, in which case you'll look terrible from all the lean tissue loss.
Drop cardio, do resistance training, eat lotsa protein. cardio is about the worst form of exercise for fat loss.
