Trying again and again and again

28 years old, 5'5", getting married in the near future.

Long time weight yo-yoer. It's easy when you're young and in sports, not so much when you're juggling school, clinicals and jobs. My problem areas are definitely not eating enough or binging, sticking to things since I have the attention span of a goldfish, and well, you know, the whole weight thing. I'd also like my stamina back. I used to be able to go on for days, and now I can barely stay awake day to day.

Looking for people who will not be afraid to kick my butt if I don't make my goals of not only pounds, but daily blogging and daily checking in. Support group is a must. I'm tired of doing it alone. I'd also like to know people who know thing about strength training as I'd like to get into that and actually know what I'm doing (I've already injured myself with not knowing). Any tips and criticisms are well welcome, that's what I'm here for.
