Its a philosophically mental thing with me.... instead of a small apple .... I'd rather choose a large apple.
What makes one choose a large one?

Kindest regards,
Palo

    I think it's what you've mentally prioritized...

I must fill up and up and up
Gimme MORE of what tastes great
    or
I'll take just enough for a taste
It's simply fuel for my machine..err body

    and

I don't care right this second about the calories/fat/sugar/health effects
    vs
My goal to lose weight and look/feel better are more important than a momentary gratification.
  • Very good.
    You have a great attitude.

I will try and do more of this from now on.

    Muchas Gracias

    Palo
  • Just something that might change your mind. Smaller fruits tend to be sweeter and more flavorfull(not a word is it?) than larger ones. Plus the larger ones are most likely grown using pesticides or other man made techniques. Organic apples are always smaller, no?
