Ok, so I've kind of become a psycho about this website... I've been on it for a while, but I'm effing committed now. Watch out world....

So here are some motivation resources for y'all that will keep you going and make you want to freaking DO IT!

7. Ok before I give you the link, I have to warn you of two things a) this website is a work in progress, I just made it live and it should be updated bi-weekly as soon as I get all of the initial peices finished (i.e. ASAP) b) all of the information is from my daddy. He is not a certified trainer, but has been a triathlete since the mid-80s, a body builder before that, and has been giving fitness and health advice for over 25 years. He has completed the Ironman Hawaii EIGHT times, International championship triathlon in Australia (invited to several others), Air Force Championship, has gone to the Olympic trials, and is set to compete at the international championship triathlon (I think in New Zealand) this year! The man is in his 50s and has a 6 pack people! He currently is helping 10+ people train for bike, running, and triathlon competitions and wants to expand his knowledge to the world.
