Hello MFP!
Decided to check out this site because I just started doing a whole food/low carb thing, and I just do not have a good idea of what is in meat/fruit/veg/cheese. I really like the food tracker thing they have on here.
Got about 60lbs I want to lose, but starting to get to that age where I want to be healthy too. Never been good at keeping a food diary, but this is probably the most serious I've ever been. I decided to take the rest of the year off school to work full time and get back in shape.
Phase 1 is getting accustomed to eating low carb, and cooking all my meals. Phase 2 I will start to incorporate exercise. This will start in early August when I move to my new place with the gym.... and by gym I mean treadmill in the garage.
So far, I'm 15 lbs down from where I started, just gotta keep chuggin along, I suppose.
