What happenes when you get to the end of your day and you still have almost 1000 calories and 390 grams of fat left? Today is my first day tracking and I am confused if I need to eat more or if its alright to be done with so many calories left

Everybody is different... some eat back their workout calories, others don't; I'm one of those that doesn't but I will say that as long as
you have eaten your normal daily calories you'll be okay for the day . I have no idea on the fat though0 -
it is normal daily calories that I still have left. I didn't factor any for exercise0

You eat a little something now and spend some time planning your meals so you don't have such a huge amount left over tomorrow.
I don't think you have to eat every single calorie - but that is WAY too many to have left, you just won't be giving your body enough nutrition to stay healthy.0 -
I would eat more you don't want your body going into starvation mode and shut down and not lose0

390 grams of fat left? Wow! It really depends on the person. I personally make sure I eat my BMR most days, but I do have a day or two where I am under or WAY over (my cheat days).0

Catching up on the 1000 calories wont help you late in the day because your body will just hold on to it. If you end up running into this problem often then I suggest you try planning out your meals for the day, or pick out specific times in the day when you want to eat something even if it is a little thing like a piece of fruit.0

It does make you hold onto it because you don't burn later at night. Your body starts powering down, thats why your not supposed to eat that much after around 6 pm.0

This is nonsense. I don't mean to be rude, but there is not an iota of truth here.0 -

You should eat something, and tomorrow you need to eat more throughout the day. Spend a bit of time planning- try to get some protein, some carbohydrates, and some fat in every meal, whether it's a snack or a full meal. How is it that you are so low on calories? Would eating several snacks and a couple meals help? Would you be more comfortable eating a few larger meals? There's no truth whatsoever to all the gimmicks people tell you about eating breakfast or eating X number of meals or not to eat in the evening- you should eat your calories in whatever way makes you feel comfortable and energetic and healthy. That being said, you do need to eat your calories. Try some more calorie dense foods- full fat yogurts, peanut butter, dark chocolate, fruits- cook your food in a bit of olive or coconut oil- drink a protein shake with full fat milk. It may be difficult to get your calories in for a few days if you are used to starving, but ultimately you will feel better and function better when you get enough calories to support yourself. As far as I can see, the rationale for not eating at night has more to do with changing bad habits (mindless eating, binge eating, etc.) than that the body will not burn those calories. If you are still within your calorie allotment it is not going to cause you to stop losing or gain weight.
That being said, 1000 calories right before bed would make my stomach hurt! I would probably eat some back and work on spreading out my calories better throughout the day.0
