Any one buy and sell stocks?

I want to get more involved in buying and selling stocks. I'm a big fan of Suze Orman and Jim Cramer and I'm tempted to buy some shares in the stocks that they suggest. Has anyone had any success following either of their stock picks? Anyone have any hot tips that they would like to share?
