Hello :)

My story is simple, but a little different, I feel. I was born with a congenital hip problem, had surgery three times when I was 10 & 11, and basically became a gelatinous life form shortly thereafter from lack of movement. I'm a healthy weight now (128ish), but not a healthy shape (blobbish). My real goal is to shed a few inches, and a lot of cellulite, but I just don't know what to do because of my hip. I literally cannot go to a PT, so I'm going to try this out on my own and see where it gets me. I'd like to do as much as I can before August, which is when we go to my husband's family reunion. Yey....
