Finding it hard to lose last 8lbs!

I'm going the gym everyday and doing cardio for 30 mins then some weights- I eat healthily and keep track of my calories- but I'm not losing any weight! I didnt have that much to lose I was 128lbs then have got down to 122lbs and just want to lose the last few- but i'm finding it so difficult. Its quite disheartening when I cut back on nice yummy foods and it makes no difference! what can i do?!

    Hard to tell, since your diary isn't open. In general, if what you're doing isn't working, do something different. Eat more, eat less, try intermittent fasting, do more or a different cardio, do more or different strength training, etc.
