Girls - anyone with rolls? LOL!

Okay.

I couldn't think of a good subject. I don't know how to explain exactly
what I am asking, so I will try my best. Okay. I have always been over
weight... like. Since I was 9 or so. I started gaining a little more. After
my daughter was born, I really packed them on. It hurt to step on the
scale the other day and weigh what I weighed when I was 9 months
pregnant with her - 249. Yeah. Anyway.

My body type has always been sorta the same. The more weight I
gained, the more my stomach grew. I put my weight on mostly on my
butt and thighs. But my stomach kinda hangs out and all. I'm so
afraid of loose skin after I lose weight because of the way I gained the
weight on. But okay... anyway. Does anyone else or DID anyone else
who has lost weight ever have like... a roll under their breasts? Okay.
I don't know how to explain it?! That sounds weird and dumb.

It's like... breasts, small roll, then stomach. Maybe I am just weird
shaped. This probably won't make sense to anyone. Haha. But if it does...
and if you know what I mean or had one before you lost weight or
currently have one... will it go away?! It's so weird...

  • Ha, I completely know what you're talking bout! I've had it since I was a preteen. That small roll before the actual stomach. It drives me totally insane! I've lost 14 pounds so far though and I think the smaller roll has gotten smaller but I also don't know if I'm being delusional and just hoping it's true. I do think about that at times and am paranoid that it's still going to exist at my goal weight. God I hope not...
  • It's so weird the way it is! I hate it. I mean... I absolutely loathe it. It
just isn't pretty at all. LOL!! I think that is what I am most self
conscious about and what keeps me in loose shirts.
  • Yeah, totally. And it makes sitting down that much more self-conscious. So frustrating to see other people who weigh more/have higher BF% not have that roll - just reminds me that it's my damn genetics eek. I imagine it will probably be one of the last things to go as I get closer gah

I have all sorts of rolls - wholemeal, multigrain, sausage rolls!

Ok in all seriousness, yes I too have one of these really REALLY :grumble: annoying rolls! Thankfully it, along with the gut have been getting smaller the whole time I've been losing

I think it's just our body's way of storing the fat, it should go when the fat does

Yup, I've got that too. I had it when I was 19 years old and 145lbs too :grumble: Am hoping that as my body fat % goes down so will that roll and the others which have grown too
