So I've working out on a regular basic (treadmill with an incline and now some strength training, such as squats) and I'm still having trouble losing fat and inches off my thighs!
I just wanted to know should I stop the strength training for know and just focus on cardio because I also heard to slim down I should not do the incline on the treadmill and limit the leg strength training.
Any advice or tips on how some of you lost inches and fat off thighs, hip, and butt?
Thanks!

Working out only helps the inches come off in so much as it helps you have more of a calorie deficit. The only way to lose the fat off your thighs, hips and butt is to keep dieting - and even then, for most women that's the very last fat to go
Personally, I would keep doing both strength training and cardio. As the fat comes off, you'll look firmer and smoother if you've built up the muscles underneath the fat somewhat.0
