Anyone know of good canned soups not high in sodium?

    i don't have any trader joes handy to check but I'm gonna. I always add salt to mine!!!!

    if you truly want low sodium soup I'd recommend you make it yourself. As for canned....My dad gets the healthy choice low sodium soups....he says they don't taste very good at first but you get used to them.

    I love Thai Kitchen soups, especially the hot and sour soup which is just 200 cals and I add loads of veggies for a 250 Cal meal. Not bad in sodium either.
