A different kind of victory....

Ok, slightly different kind of victory that isn't weight or size related! Not long before I started MFP I had to go to the doctors. As is standard for the reason I went the doc did my weight, BP, resting heart rate etc.
I have gone back today for the same reason and had the same checks. Not only has my weight dropped 6kg (I don't weigh in metric at home but 6kg is what I had lost from my last check at the docs!) But what made me most happy was my resting heart rate before I started this was at 88, which if you consult the charts for a 31 year old woman is poor, it is now 72 which sits in the above average category!!

Proof to myself that while the scales may be moving slowly, it just goes to show my fitness and health have improved massively in the last 65 days!!!
