Strength training three times a week will help with your body fat %. You might not weigh any less, but overall your inches will probably drop a bit and you'll have more muscle tone. I'm doing New Rules of Lifting for Women, but I've also read good things about Starting Strength and Stronglifts 5x5.
There's nothing "wrong" with your stats, they are what they are.0 -
Agree, lifting heavy for short reps will build & define your muscle tone & planks & sit ups, crunches & twists will help belly wobbles but overall I think you are doing great esp considering the 3kids in 4 years.0

I agree... it's very subjective!!
If you posted your diary and let people see your macros or similar... that's the kind of thing where people can offer "room for improvement" advice.
What would YOU like to improve, never mind what anyone else thinks?
Tell us that and then maybe people can give training advice.0 -
wow I think you should be happy...I've never had 33" hips!0

I'd say you are already very slim, you certainly don't need to lose any more weight with a 25 inch waist! Wow. This 5'6'', 30 inch waist girl is seething with jealously.
i suspect you would have amazing results from heavy weght lifting as you probably don't have a lot of extra fat to lost.0 -
lift weights. Otherwise - why are you asking where you can improve?? You have to be happy with yourself, so you should work on that first. Just sayin. Your stats sound good - what wrong with that??0

thanks all i really need to look into lifting, i cant go to a gym as i have 3 kids none are old enough for school yet so im a full time mom i only get to exercise beofre 8am and after 8pm so its tricky to get to gym. i will have to look into at home training that i can actually do as i have no idea where to start!0

Its not really up to us to decide what you need to improve and just giving us your stats makes it even harder.
For me, I look at specific body parts, put up fitness goals like number of pushups, upping my weights etc and adjust my training accordingly to meet my goals.0
