Hi!
Sounds like we have a lot in common :-)
I've been gaining and losing these 20 lbs for years and years now lol. I have yo yo'd for longer than I can remember. Each time I do though, I always learn something new so hopefully someday I'll get it right.
My husband and I were together 11 years before we got married - not by my choice. I think the only reason he agreed to it was because I got knocked up lol. He was marriage phobic too...he was afraid things were going to change between us if we got married. Well, I can tell you that the marriage united us even more.
His parents were notorious alcoholics. There have been many nights of them calling us in drunken rages. Thankfully they have both settled down and are really great grandparents now. I am fortunate to have good in laws.
I've been depressed at different times throughout my life. I've never used medicine and have always just dealt with it. Sometimes I wonder if I would have done better with them.
Anyways, take care and good luck on your journey! Sounds like you are off to a good start!0
