Imagine you could eat one item or meal for the rest of your life, and pretend to yourself that meal is calorie free (like i do with all foods on Saturdays, lol!)- what would that food/meal be, and say why if you have any reasons!

I think mine would be a chicken katsu curry for Wagamama, or maybe a cadbury's Wispa Gold- nom nom nom!

HAHAHA I agree with Jain C foods! I like too many foods to just choose one. I do wish Velveeta Shells and Cheese was more "guilt free"

Pizza. Although I will still eat pizza on occasion, if it were guilt free I might live on the stuff.

    Sausage on a stick

LOL! I'm sorry, but I'm waiting for the comments to roll in on this one. 'Cause there is little more alluring or sexy than a hot chick saying she wants to eat sausage on a stick. LOL!!!!!! Thanks for the smile.

I don't believe in guilty foods, but calorie free would be cheese, sugar, butter, and peanut butter. I believe I could use that combination of calorie free foods could be used to make any number of recipes...

This. And even IF I stole it, I would only feel guilty if I got caught! LOL.

The difference between lifestyle vs diet is evident in questions like these!
