If I need to up my fat micros would it be bad to switch my skim milk for 2% or whole milk? I already added olive oils and nuts to increase my mono sat fat but I'm alway low for the over all fat micro. Another idea is I eat fat free cottage cheese, I good move that up to 2%.
Would adding these type of fat add to much saturated fat? I generally have about 20 oz milk a day and a 1/2 - 1 cup cottage cheese. I also have a little cheese in the diet along with the nuts and olive oil.
Thanks

I don't think low fat dairy is necessary, especially when you need more fat. Full milk is only 4% anyway. But I've just started and don't have results to back up my theory. I also don't think saturated fat is bad.0
