depending on your exercise. Make sure you get protien everyday. ehh white omlettes with a bit of cheese is good.0

You would also lose muscle mass due to lack of protein which would mean your body would burn less calories. Gaining 3 lbs of muscle adds 120 calories to your BMR.0

I personally don't believe in any diet that cuts out entire groups of food. It's not sustainable over time and what you really want is a lifestyle shift. It also may not be healthy if you aren't getting all the different nutrients you need. I try to eat lots of veggies and fruit but I also add in a little bit of carb here and there and lots of protein. I'm losing at a modest rate.0

are you logging everything? doesn't look like you're eating enough unless you haven't been completing your diary0

In response to you saying nothing is working: Hmm, I just had a look at your diary and there are a couple of days where you only logged 500-ish calories. You protein tends to be around 30 grams (very low) and you're logging driving as exercise. I think you need to re-evaluate your approach, focus on eating foods you like (within reason) and add some protein. I saw a couple of meals in your diary that just consisted of crackers. Eat some food! Food is good. I promise.
Eating only fruits and vegetables would be pretty boring unless you spend a lot of time preparing meals. If you do decide to take this approach, at least try to eat a variety of fruits and veggies. Unless you don't eat meat for ethical reasons, there is nothing wrong with chicken/beef/pork in your diet.0 -
Maybe cut out some /all fast food, and replace ur chips and cookies with real food0

your ticker says you lost 16 pounds. That is a significant achievement. Why do you say nothing is working?
if you just eat fruit and veggies that would mean cutting out grains. If you have been eating a lot of grains, you will see a drop due to water loss.
Eating just fruits and veggies would be hard, boring and you couldnt do that forever.0
